Short Sleeve Bishop Dress

 

Gathered dress with smocked short sleeves. Dresses are made from cotton material either print or solid color. Smocking design is either geometric pattern or a picture design. Smocking color(s) coordinates with material color. Length is tailored to the individual. Each dress has French seams, hand-sewn hems, buttons in the back and hand sewn button loops.
